Seat map editor
Sections, rows, aisles and price tiers. Mix reserved sections and general admission in one event.
Ticketing
Reserved and general admission in the same event, sold online and at the box office, checked at the door, with the donation and refund details that a theatre has to get right.
In pilot testingEverything on this page is built. None of it has run a real customer event yet. Online purchase of season and flex passes is planned, not built.
Reserved and accessible seating
Build the map once, reuse it for every show, and attach it to a performance. Each price tier becomes a ticket type, and buyers choose their own seats.
Sections, rows, aisles and price tiers. Mix reserved sections and general admission in one event.
A seat that is sold, held in a checkout or tied to a live ticket is pinned. A save that would move or delete one is refused, with the seats listed.
Wheelchair, companion and aisle-transfer seats start on hold and are released by a rule you choose: when the section sells out, a set number of days before, or by hand with a reason. Every release is logged. Designed to help you meet your accessible seating obligations; check the rules that apply to your venue.
Seats are held for the buyer for ten minutes during checkout, then released. If a late payment arrives after a seat is gone, the order is refunded automatically.
Passes
A season pass holds one seat at each included show, with a renewal window and priority for seat selection. A flex pass is a set number of tickets to use across included shows.
Your staff sell passes at the box office by cash, check, invoice or external card, or issue them as comps. Pass holders redeem tickets from a private link.
Buying a pass online through Stripe is not built yet. If that matters for your first season, tell us and we will say where it sits.
Box office and door sales
Cashiers open a shift with a float, sell for cash or record an external card sale by reference, issue comps with a reason, void sales and close out with a reconciliation. Will-call lists are built in.
Selling tools
When a ticket type or seat tier sells out, people join a list. When a refund or expired hold frees a seat, the list is told in order, each person gets a time-boxed claim link, and the seat is reserved while they decide.
Codes for members, press or groups. Open and close sales on a schedule. Free RSVPs and paid tickets in the same event.
Ask for a gift at checkout. Receipts show what was paid, the value of the seat, and what is left as the gift. See the theatre page.
Refund from the order page. Your refund policy is published by version, each order records which version the buyer saw, and a dispute evidence packet is one click away.
The emailed ticket has a QR code, the seat and a link, all in text as well, so a blocked image does not strand a guest.
Sales by day, channel and ticket type, the attendee list, seat occupancy, and a payout reconciliation that matches Stripe charges and refunds to orders.
Door check-in
Staff scan with a phone browser. The scanner downloads the list for the event, so it keeps answering if the lobby network fails, and it syncs when the connection returns.
Camera access is needed on the scanning phone. Scanning speed in a real queue is something we will measure in pilots, not promise here.
Price on the page
Prices are shown all in, with no extra line appearing at the end of checkout. The principle we are building to is one all-in price for buyers, with you choosing who pays the fees. The rest is on the pricing page.
Send your seat count, show dates and how you sell today. We will tell you what is ready.
