For theatres, concerts and event organizers

Tickets for the room. A ticketed stream for everyone who cannot be there.

Venue Vision is one system for reserved seating, box office sales and door check-in, plus a live stream that only ticket holders can open, with chat and replay.

In pilot testingTicketing, seating, check-in and streaming are built and being tested with our first venues. We have not run a live customer event yet, and we will tell you plainly what is ready today.

What is in it

Everything a show needs between the box office and the replay

Each part works on its own, and they share one set of tickets, so a refund at the box office also closes the stream link.

Reserved seating

Draw your house, set price tiers, hold accessible seats by rule, and keep editing the map after tickets are on sale without moving anyone who already bought.

In pilot testing

Ticketing and box office

Online sales, promo codes, waitlists, donations with receipts, refunds, and a box office screen for cash, comps and door sales.

In pilot testing

Door check-in

Staff scan with a phone. It keeps working when the lobby Wi-Fi does not, and it flags duplicate and refunded tickets on the spot.

In pilot testing

Ticket-gated live streaming

Viewers open the stream with their ticket, quality adapts to their connection, chat is moderated, and ticket holders can watch the replay.

In pilot testing

Built for non-profit theatre

Receipts that separate the gift from the value of the seat, season and flex passes, and a licence step for scripted shows.

For theatres

A crew, if you want one

Cameras, a switcher, an operator and a backup uplink, rehearsed with you before show day. Scoped and quoted per event.

What it looks like

The parts you and your audience will actually touch

A seat map that fits your house

Buyers pick real seats. You set the tiers, the aisles and which seats are held for wheelchair users and their companions, and decide when held seats are released.

  • Price tiers shown on the map
  • Wheelchair, companion and aisle-transfer seats held back
  • Edits after on-sale never move a seat someone already holds

A stream that follows the ticket

The viewer page opens with a valid ticket. Refund the ticket and the stream stops working for it. A second device on the same ticket bumps the first, so one ticket does not become a free pass for a whole street.

  • Adapts between 1080p, 720p and 480p
  • Chat with slow mode, banned words and moderators
  • Replay only if you and your licence allow it

Check-in that survives a bad lobby

Scan with any phone. A downloaded list means the scanner still answers when the network drops, and results are plain: valid, already scanned, refunded.

  • Seat and ticket type on the result screen
  • Duplicates and refunds flagged at the door
  • Live count as people arrive

One dashboard for sales, doors and viewers

Where we are today

Built and in pilot testing

Ticketing, reserved seating, box office, waitlists, donation receipts, check-in and ticket-gated streaming with chat are built and tested. They are in pilot testing because no customer has run a live event on them yet.

Not ready, or not ours to promise

Buying season and flex passes online is planned; today passes are sold by your staff at the box office. We do not publish uptime numbers, and we do not grant streaming rights: you or your licensor do. We help you track them.
