Pricing
We are finalizing pricing with our first venues
We would rather set prices alongside the first theatres and venues that use the system than publish numbers we may have to walk back. Here is what you get, the principles we are pricing to, and a way to ask for a quote.
Pricing not publishedNo price, fee or percentage on this site is final.
What is included
One system, not a bundle of add-ons
Everything below is part of the system. Which parts you use is up to you.
Ticketing
- Reserved and general admission, seat map editor
- Box office and door sales, waitlists, promo codes
- Donations with receipts, refunds, reports
- Offline-capable check-in
- Accessible seating holds
Live streaming
- Ticket-gated viewer page, adaptive quality
- Chat with moderation tools
- Replay where your licence allows it
- Health monitoring and alerts, backup ingest
- Rights workflow and takedown process
The production service (cameras, crew, backup uplink) is quoted separately per event. Card payments are processed by Stripe, which has its own fees; how they are passed on is part of the principles below.
Principles
What we are building the pricing around
These are commitments about shape, not numbers. They come from the complaints we found most often in published reviews of other ticketing tools: fee surprises, payout holds and slow support.
One all-in price for buyers
The price a buyer sees is the price they pay. No fee line appears at the last step of checkout.
You choose who pays the fees
Fees can come out of your side or be built into the ticket price. The choice is yours, made per event.
Payout policy shown upfront
When money reaches you, and any hold tied to the event date, is written down before you sign up, not discovered later.
People on show weekends
Human support when your show is on, as part of the base offer and not a premium tier.
Ask for a quote
Tell us about your event or season
A few lines is enough: what you stage, how many seats, how many shows, whether you want streaming or a crew. We will reply by email with questions or a proposal.
