We are a small team and we read everything. Say what you stage, roughly how many seats, and whether you are thinking about ticketing, streaming or both.

We reply by email. The privacy policy explains how we handle what you send.

What happens next

  1. We read your message and reply by email, usually with a question or two about your room and your dates.
  2. If it looks like a fit, we show you the product and say plainly what is ready.
  3. If you want to be a pilot venue, we agree what we are testing together before anything is sold.

Venue Vision is in pilot testing and has not run a live customer event yet. We would rather tell you that now.
