GA, reserved or mixed
Standing floor and seated balcony in the same event, each with its own tiers and capacity.
Concerts and venues
General admission, reserved tiers or both in one show. Fast, honest check-in. A ticketed stream with replay for the audience outside the building.
In pilot testingBuilt and tested. No venue has run a live show on it yet, so we are choosing pilot venues carefully and will say what we have not proven.
Selling
Standing floor and seated balcony in the same event, each with its own tiers and capacity.
Presales, member codes, press and group offers, with open and close times.
When a show sells out, people queue. Returned tickets go to the list in order, each with a short claim window.
Cash, comps and voids with a shift report, plus will-call for guest lists.
Refund from the order page. Refunded tickets are flagged at the door and lose stream access.
Sales by day, channel and ticket type, plus a Stripe payout reconciliation.
At the door
Valid, already scanned or refunded, in large type, with the seat or ticket type underneath. The scanner works from a downloaded list when the network does not.
For fans elsewhere
Sell stream tickets next to room tickets. Each stream ticket opens one viewer page, limited to two devices by default, with chat you can moderate or turn off. Replay is optional and has its own terms.
A concert stream involves performing-rights licences for the music and, for covers, permission from rights holders. Before a stream can go live you complete a rights record with your licence details and a statement about the music. We enforce the dates, viewer cap and replay terms you enter. We do not grant licences, and a completed record is not a legal opinion. Platforms that carry your stream elsewhere may also mute or block music they detect, which is one reason a private, ticket-gated page can be the safer place to show it.
Production
Cameras, a switcher, an operator and a backup uplink, rehearsed with your sound and lighting people before the night. It is scoped and quoted per event.
Capacity, how you sell today, how many shows a month. We will say what we can do now and what a pilot would involve.
